Bay View Grand is one of the newest most luxurious oceanfront condominium towers located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This condo was furnished and decorated in June of 2008. Our unit is located in the hotel zone of Cancun and within walking distance to over 40 restaurants, shopping plazas and all of the major clubs. Some of the top spots such as Senor Frogs, Hard Rock Cafe, Carlos & Charlie's, the Rain Forest Cafe, Big Argentina Steakhouse, DadyO's to name only a few (these are a few minutes walk from the condo). Renting an automobile is not necessary in this location.
The Complex features four 18-story towers (currently the tallest buildings in Cancun) in a gated community. Our unit is located on the 16th floor, just two stories down from the penthouse making it extremely quiet and peaceful with only the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Our corner unit offers breath-taking views of both the ocean and the lagoon. We are complemented with the highest quality service that includes a luxury gym with the latest equipment, two infinity swimming pools equipped with fountains, a hydrotherapy jacuzzi, a snack bar on the weekends, tennis courts and a kiddie area for young children.
The finest materials have been used in construction of BVG. The kitchen and bathrooms of this 2,000 square foot unit feature granite counter tops, Spanish style floors throughout and solid wood doors and molding. We offer a roomy master bedroom suite which is located on the ocean and comes with an outdoor balcony equipped with its own private jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is just as roomy as the front and located on the lagoon side and also has a private balcony offering magnificent waterfront views of Cancun and the lagoon. Both bedrooms have large flat screen LCD HDTV's and a DVD player. There is a full walk-in closet in each bedroom with plenty of room for all that you might bring.
There is a full service kitchen stocked with everything you might think of and includes two telephones. One is for local calls and one is for calls to and from the United States, Canada and over 60 foreign countries which is free of charge to our guests. Friends, relatives or your office can call you and not be charged any additional international fees as it utilizes a Florida phone number. There is a convenient laundry room right off the kitchen which includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Off of the laundry room is a maids quarters that has a separate bedroom with a trundle bed and a third full bath.
Both the King and Queen beds have luxurious Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with pillow tops.
This condo unit comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a full dining room with a table that extends to 120" and has six chairs. There are two living room areas - one overlooks a third balcony with an exquisite view of the Caribbean sea. The center living area has a 47" HDTV LCD television equipped with a DVD player and stocked with over 200 of the most current movies available for your watching pleasure.
The entire condominium was decorated and painted professionally with furniture imported from a fine furniture store in the United States. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and the second bedroom includes a queen size bed. One of the couches in the living area opens up to a queen sleeper sofa.
Residential Bay View Grand has arguably the best location on the strip called the Hotel Zone. There are no other new luxury condos as close to the center of town full of restaurants, clubs, shopping etc. other than BVG and Portofino (which is adjacent to us and built by the same developer. One of the richest and oldest families developing commercial and residential properties in Mexico (3 generations))
Being on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and next to all the night life anybody could wish for makes this paradise in Mexico.

The condo in the best location in the exclusive hotel zone of Cancun. Many of the hotels and condos are remotely located even though they are technically in the hotel zone which stretches over 5 miles. This condo is located in Heart of town.
43 Restaurants, Clubs ie., Hard Rock Cafe, Senor Frogs, Carlos and Charlies etc. All this are within walking distance of this condo.

We enjoyed every minute in Cancun, and especially enjoyed staying in Joe's condo on the beach!! My husband and 3 teenage children checked into Joe's condo without any problems. We stayed 8 nights. The condo is beautiful (just as it is pictured!), very clean, and makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Everyone working at the complex is friendly and helpful. We were walking distance from Senor Frogs (so much fun!!!) and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville (so much fun!) as well as many other restaurants and souvenier shops. We took the city bus to many other locations ($1.00 US dollar per person) and enjoyed day trips to the Mayan Ruins, Wet and Wild, Xcaret, Tulum, and The Isla of Mujeres (The Island of the Women). We took a taxi to Wal-Mart to buy supplies for the condo since there was too much stuff to carry back on the bus. The beach is amazing!! White sand, blue water, lounge chairs provided, a cash bar available. I could have stayed here forever! Thanks, Joe, for a dream vacation!!

In November of this year, my family and I wanted to take a vacation to Cancun and wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel, so we decided on a rental. Having gone to Cancun before, I knew where the heart of the hotel zone was, and decided that location was going to be an important factor. I checked out a few of the ads placed on VRBO for rentals in Cancun, but few placed their locations on the map, so it was impossible to say exactly where the rental was in relation to the Hotel Zone. Joe's ad placed his Condo right in the middle of the tourist area, which made everything within walking distance. I saw the pictures of Joe's condo online, but they truly didn't do it justice. Once we arrived, we saw just how beautiful the apartment was. From the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom, to the ocean view, and how it was tastefully decorated; I mean the place was breathtakingly beautiful. We felt right at home, and Joe’s attention to detail didn’t leave anything to chance. His instructions were extremely detailed, and everything we needed was always at our reach. Joe and Melanie were truly accommodating and made us feel like it was our home away from home. Thanks for making this one of our best vacations ever.

Comment Text: Absolutely stunning property and location. Beach is beautiful and uncrowded as is the swimming pool. Joe has thought of everything to make visitors stay as comfortable as possible. Nicest condo we have every stayed in. Security at the property is excellent. Everything absolutely perfect. If we visit Cancun again we will almost certainly stay here again. Everything is within easy reach, car not necessary. Bus stop right outside property. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Joe.

We just got back from a relaxing 1 week stay in this condo. We absolutely loved this place. Great view and great location. We were traveling with a 14 month year old and we found the place very kid friendly. We met several other families staying at the condo. The place is more of a high-end quiet residential condo complex, so look elsewhere if your if you're wanting a huge Spring break party. However, the place is in walking distance to all the main shops, restaurants, and clubs in Cancun. The beach and pool were great and not too crowded. The gym had everything I needed(primarily machines for everything and dumbells, along with treadmills and ellipticals), and my wife enjoyed a wonderful massage at the Spa onsite. I would highly recommend this place.

We can not say enough about this condo! The beauty, spaciousness and location are outstanding. We have been renting condos in Cancun since 1992. By far, this is the fineness we have stayed at. The pools, beach and whirlpool are beautiful. Thanks Joe for a wonderful place to lay our heads in PARADISE!!!!!

This condo is all the owner promises and more. Beautiful views from both bedrooms and living room. Nicely decorated and adequately supplied. Also, the location is ideal for shopping, dining and even to find transportation for excursions. I would strongly recommend this property, we loved it!
