Villamar, built in June 2004, is located in the much sought after Grand Reserve site in Davenport; a private gated community of 110 executive properties surrounded by Lake Thomas, conservation areas and mature trees. An ideal location, being central to the Disney theme parks, many golf courses, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Our home sleeps up to 12 people comfortably (2 masters have king beds) and all rooms have a TV. It has a breakfast kitchen, family room, formal lounge and dining room and laundry room. For entertainment, we provide a selection of DVDs and videos and we also have a PS2. In the garage we have a table tennis and basketball and there are several pool toys to play with.
It has a heated 30 foot pool surrounded by a 50 foot undercover lanai area providing both sun and shade areas for alfresco dining and relaxing and on the luxury furniture. The west facing patio provides the perfect place to watch the sunset and unwind whether you've had a day at the Parks, at the golf course or even at the coast which is only an hour's drive away.
