High Season: December 21 - March 31: $400/Day; $2100/week; $7500/month
There is a City Room Tax of 12.962% & one time cleaning fee of $200
Tenant is responsible for any international calls made
To hold a reservation: 40% of the entire rental
Balance Rent, Room Tax, Security Deposit ($500), and Cleaning Fee ($200.00)
are due 60 days prior to occupancy
