Our Luxury Condominiums are conveniently located in Kissimmee just minutes away from the Main Gates of Disney and other area Theme Parks.
Our complex has two pools, two jacuzzis, tennis courts, Sand Volleyball, Shuffle board, BBQ/Picnic area, Playground, exercise room, and game room. The accommodations are comprised of three and four bedrooms, two and three baths, living area with sleeper sofa, full-size kitchen, and dining area.
The master bedroom has a king or queen bed, dresser with night tables, and its own bathroom complete with shower and walk-in closet. The second, third, or fourth bedrooms will have a queen, full, or two twin beds with night tables and large closets.
Our condos are very well equipped and furnished, fully air conditioned, and all have ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, full-size stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils, and housewares.
Our condos are also equipped with full-size washer and dryers in each unit. Local telephone service, and cable are provided in each unit.
No smoking and no pets allowed in the unit. Must be 21 years of age, or accompanied by a parent of guardian to check-in.

My family and I are from Ohio and we started staying at the Villas probably in 2002. We have made many trips back there every since. We usually rent 3, 3 bedroom units at a time. I've even taken the girls from my youth ministry there and would recommend it to anyone. Barb is excellent in remembering our needs and is very accomodating. if you are looking for a comfortable, clean vacation condo this is the place. They also have a community game room and pool that's very clean and easy to get to. It is also located close enough to the shopping centers and only minutes away from Disney/IOA, the turnpike if driving in, and only minutes from the airport if flying in (we've done both). We are very pickey and hands down, this is our home away from home. Oh did I mention, the kitchen has all of the cooking utensils you might need and we had plenty enough towels, sheets and blankets.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
