Location, Location, Location! "Run your toes through the sand", sun yourself on the beach, then take a short walk to your villa. Our villa is fourth from the front! That is the major reason why we bought it and why people love staying at #163. The view of the ocean from our balcony is fantastic! The balcony gets the beautiful morning sun and stays cooler in the afternoon, ideal for looking at the ocean or people watching.
Our villa is newly decorated with a bright, colorful beachy theme!
Blues, greens and coral blended with the beautiful pictures depicting scences of the ocean.....gorgeous Hilton Head. We have
new furniture, new linens, fully equiped kitchen, air conditioning, new carpet and tile. We are first floor, close to laundry, stairs, bike racks, parking and the ocean!
Our villa is a non-smoking villa. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with 20" LCD TV/DVD. The living room has a Queen Size sleeper sofa.
There are two bunks idea for a child's adventure. There are no pets allowed in Sea Side Villas. This villa is ideal for a family with small children or a couple vacationing alone.
Sea Side Villa's features covered parking, security gates, washer
and dryers, and two pools. The best beaches on the East Coast are
located here. There is direct beach access. (no walking across busy streets) Coligny Plaza, Beach Shops and Restaurants, Water
Fun Park, grocery stores and minature golf are all within walking
distance of Sea Side Villas.
If golf is your thing, Hilton Head Island offers some of the best
"World Renown" Golf Courses.

My wife and I have stayed in this Sea Side Villa twice in two years and have enjoyed it very much. My wife went to the beach and I stayed most of the time in the villa reading. It is within walking distance about 10 minutes or less from shopping and eating locations. The owners seam to take pride in the condo and are upgrading the property as needed. Recently the bathroom was redone and it looks great as well as functional. I believe it is great for senior citizens (as I am) or for a family with one or two children. I plan on returning and my wife wishes to go for an extended period of time. Enjoy yourself as we did.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Five Stars! Very close to the ocean. Owner is very accommodating. Helped us out when we needed another parking pass. Condo has been updated and is very clean. Is within walking distance to the main shopping area. Would definitely rent again. Shower head is great!

We have worked very hard to keep our Villa updated, and comfortable for our quests. The hardest part for us was finding a good cleaning service. The one we have now is fabulous!! If you read the comments from all the reviews, there is a central theme is all of them that the Villa was very clean!! Hats off to Theresa!! We sure appreciate over the years the way our quests that taken care of our Villa, just like it was theirs. Plus it is great to see so many returning quests year after year!

i had a glorious two months of vacation at this villa, i wouldn't change a thing. very convenient to all shops, restaurants,, and night life. just steps to a beautiful beach. the decor was very tasteful too. all the furniture and appliances were of top of the line quality. i ,of course, did not want to leave. i shall be back next year, the same place same time. cant wait. i just loved that location the best, and the villa.

This was our second stay in this condo. It is a great place and it is like the photos show it to be. The beach is a very short walk away. The sunrises are beautiful from the balcony. The recently remodeled bathroom was nice, as is the new carpet. The kitchen is well equipped. It's clean and well kept. The decor is "beachy" but not overdone. You can be as active or lazy as you want. Lots of activities avainable within walking distance. Renting bikes is a great way to get around.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.

We were very happy with our villa at Hilton Head. It was very clean, well decorated and furnished; it looked just like the pictures! The location is great - on the beach and right down the street from Coligny Circle. We loved bike riding all over the island and especially on the beach at low tide. We plan on returning!

I really enjoyed my stay at this villa. It was very clean and a nice home away from home. Everything was just like the pictures in the advertisement.I would reccomend this villa to anyone that wants a nice place to stay..This villa is close to the ocean and has a beautiful ocean view from the deck. It is just a beautiful place for a vacation.

I recently spent a week with my family at this condo and we thought the location was perfect!! It is a very clean and well kept condo, The owner's description of this condo is very accurate and they are very helpful in making it a pleasant stay at their condo. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for this size of a condo at Hilton Head.

My wife and I have rented this condo twice in the past two years and it has been great. The condo is in a great location, ocean views from the baloney and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The place was very clean and updated. You can't find a better place for your money. The owners will do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable.

What a nice unit! You see the pics online and wonder if the condo will look the same when you arrive. Well it does!! The condo was very clean, updated and neat in appearance. Great ocean view from the deck and only a few steps away to the beach. I was very surprised with the higher thread count of sheets (I took my own just in case the ones at the condo were the 200 thread count but did not use them). And what a very comfortable mattress!! That's important to me!! I had one probem...there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling due to a problem with the condo above. I called the owner and even though it was a holiday weekend, he was prompt in getting the problem resolved. I recommend this condo and would rent this condo again!!
