Beautiful, new condominium, beach side. Great balcony view! Great for the spectacular sunsets. Has an elevator, so no climbimg up 2 and 3 flights of stairs!! Great for single parents with children or the Sr. Citizen , with no walking up 3 flights of stairs. Easy parking underneath. Very convenient. Easy vacation!!! You can just walk next door if want to try your luck at catching a fish off of the Mexico Beach fishing pier. Pool beachside. Just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by !!
