Aloha and welcome to our tropical island garden retreat located in Hawaiian Paradise Park near Kaloli Point on the East side of the Big Island. Enjoy everything you love about Hawaii right here on your private, landscaped 2 acre paradise.
We are conveniently located close to all east side attractions, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Hilo, a charming mix of old and new Hawaii where you can enjoy the abundance of unique shops, restaurants, a theater, boutiques, a museum, a large Farmer's Market where you will find fresh produce, prepared foods, clothing, local art, jewelry and gifts. We are 25 minutes from Volcano and approximately 25 mintues to all Puna coast beaches. You can walk to Kaloli Point from the house to hike along trails, fish, or sit and watch the waves strike against the cliffs.
Once you walk through the front door you will fall in love with the open and spacious floor plan surrounded by great windows that draw you into a spectacular garden vista while gentle trade winds and soothing sights and sounds delight your senses. You can hear the surf and see the ocean from the living room area.
A long driveway leads you up to the house passing a lava rock wall that encloses the large in ground private swimming pool and a Koi and lily pond. Two private and landscaped acres with an abundance of exotic plants, palms, ferns, ginger, Norfolk Pines, tulip and mango trees, fruit trees and flowers.
Hawaiian style living at its best, complete with 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, a den with a single bed and two and a half baths. The master bedroom has its own private newly remodeled master bath and a large private walk-in closet. You will enjoy cooking in the large open kitchen space as well as your outdoor gas BBQ. A unique feature: We offer sweet spring well water from our private well for all of your water needs.
This house is our home away from home and we would like to share it with you: a private and peaceful non smoking environment.
