Located on the 19 mile marker, this 3 bed, 2 bath, 1525 sq ft condo is a top floor (4th floor), lake front condo with miles of breathtaking views of the main channel hard to beat anywhere on the lake. Off the water, you are located within walking distance to many activities(including shopping at the premium outlet mall, restaurants, ice cream,etc.).
On site you have a 5,000 square foot clubhouse with a new state of the art workout room and pool table. There are 2 pools. One is located on the water with a great view, including breathtaking sunsets. The other is a kids wading pool with fountains and a lazy river. Both pools have restrooms, tables, and lounge chairs for convenience. Basketball court and children's playground are also on premises located next to the lazy river.
This condo is located on the top floor(4th floor) for magnificent views, but includes the convenience of an elevator. The condo itself is filled with many amenities to make your vacation relaxing, including new upscale furniture. The master suite is located water front with a sliding glass door for access to the large patio. The master bath includes two sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is attached to a spare bathroom. The third bedroom includes two twin size beds. When you want to relax as a group, you can relax in the spacious living area. There is a full kitchen to meet your dining needs, including a breakfast bar with three bar stools and a large kitchen table with six chairs. The kitchen is open to the spacious family room including a large couch, gas fireplace for cool nights, a 42 in. flat-screen television with DVD player, free high speed internet, and breathtaking views. This living area extends onto the spacious covered patio with gas barbecue grill and outdoor furniture.

Besides the fact that the owner was great to work with; the unit was fabulous! Perfect space for everything and the view was everything we needed. We will be back!

This condo is very nice for a family or group of 6-8 people. The condo is very spacious and has all the amenities of home and then some. We especially liked the private master bedroom & bath with the balcony access. It is in a nice quiet cove, but has an awesome view of the lake. I would highly recommend this condo. The owers were superb to work with and made us feel extremely welcomed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Beautiful condo. Great view. Pool is a little bit of a walk but not an issue. Easy to find off of main road. Building "D" is not marked as such but address is 1200. Very satisfied and would certainly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
