  We spent two weeks in this condo overlooking the Bay Marina. It was clean and comfortable and we had no trouble gaining access to the unit when we arrived. We were there for the Forth of July and the fireworks over the bay, as viewed from our balcony, were spectacular. The furnishings were clean and up to date. It was very comfortable for the two of us. We would not hesitate to recommend this spot to our friends.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  My husband and I have been traveling around the world for almost a year, and we are so happy to have stayed at this great condo in Newport. It is a place we hope to come back to again. You can tell the owners love their property, it is clean, thoughtfully decorated and supplied with all the amenities that you need. The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of the yacht harbor & the Bay and within walking distance of historic Newport. We became addicted to the Fish Peddler for the freshest bay shrimp salad and the best clam chowder ever. I could go on and on -- the owners were so kind and thoughtful with us. We loved the condo, and loved the transaction with the owners even more. They made our stay!

  The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better location! The owners were quick to respond to any questions and were even flexible with a late check out time! I would recommend this to anyone and will hopefully be using it again.

  Condo was very clean, well equiped and in a perfect location close to lots of restaurants & shops. Great sunsets from the balcony overlooking the working harbour & bridge while listening to the barking of the sea lions. Temps where warmer on the bay even when fog rolled in over the ocean. Very responsive owner who even gave hike recommendations! Loved this condo and would go back.

  We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Landing. The condo was well-equipped with a very comfortable king bed in the master and we liked having his and hers bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with basics, the furniture was of good quality and the wifi worked well. Big thumbs up to the owners for good communication and keeping their unit in excellent condition. All in all, not a single complaint!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We just got back from a three day stay here and couldn't wait to write a review. This condo is in the perfect location - right in the historic Bayfront area, a 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurant. The condo is right on the marina and you can see the fishermans coming in with their catch. We went down to the docks to buy fresh fish for dinner, it was great. Inside, the condo is wonderfully decorated and super clean. We love to cook at home and the kitchen had everything - down to measuring spoons, all the appliances and spices. We had a family of four (two young kids) and we all loved it. It was 5 min drive to the beach, lighthouse, aquarium. The owners Becky and Gary were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back to this condo next time in Newport.

  We had a wonderful stay here. It can be tricky finding a good spot for a family with an infant and a four year-old, but they were very happy. There's plenty of space, a great deck for viewing the bay and a well-appointed kitchen. Really, I can't emphasize enough how perfectly equipped the kitchen was. The location at one end of the bay was close to many restaurants and attractions. Plus, it was easy to access the highway from the condo to get over to the aquarium, Nye Beach, Agate Beach, lighthouses, etc. The owners were very prompt in getting back to me about a reservation. When I had follow-up questions about Newport, they answered them thoroughly and quickly. Their condo is definitely a gem.

  This condo is in a magnificent location, with fabulous views, and is in immaculate condition. The view is overlooking the boat harbor with a sweeping view of the Bay and the picturesque Yaquina Bridge. The condo is in immaculate condition and is well appointed and stocked. We spent a week at the beach side before coming over here -- no comparison. It's at lest 10 degrees warmer in the bay and the view -- day and nite -- more interesting. Nice walk, too, into the bay shops and restaurants.

  Condo was a great location, great view, was well maintained and well stocked (had just about everything that you could need to make it feel like home). Unit was just spacious enough to not feel like a hotel. Bed was super-comfortable. 5 minute drive to ocean beach (beach was breezy our whole trip so glad unit was located in inslet rather than right on ocean. Great location for exploring the Oregon coast (2 hours north to Cannon Beach/Seaside, 2 hours north to Portland, 2 hours south to Coos Bay). Nearby activites: Beaches, Lighthouses, Glass Blowing Classes, Oregon State Aquarium. Newport is a great location for taking day trips up and down the Oregon Coast via Highway 101. Restaurants: Georgies, Rogue Brewery, Local's Seafood Market (best within walking distance/boardwalk area). Would definitely chose this unit again when staying in Newport.

  We had a wonderful stay in Newport, our room was clean and inviting. Though we didn't eat in the room much, it was well stocked with essentials and the beds were comfortable. I am planning on renting here again!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
