You are right on White Sands Beach and this is the Ideal location for your family vacation in Hawaii. Located on the top (third floor) you have great views of the ocean and beach, which you are only 50 yards away from. You also have excellent views of the Garden and Pool which are directly below.

We are considering our third trip to Kona in as many years, and Scott's condo at White Sands has always surpassed our expectations with regards to location, price, and convenience of the transaction. My wife was born and raised on Oahu and the Big Island, and I must say that staying here made her feel like she just moved back home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The unit has a great location and is an excellent value. Parking spots for many of the beach locations fill up by 10 AM, even on weekdays. The convenience of just walking across the street to the beach cannot be understated. Another outstanding aspect was the big lanai. Because of the great weather it really becomes a de facto living room. Conducting the transaction was easy and everything went smoothly.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

What a smooth process dealing with Scott. The condo was everything he promised.Very clean,great pool,easy access to local restaurants.We are definitely going back again this year.We did not have enough time to enjoy all of beautiful Kona. Thanks, Scott, for a great Kona condo value. Good location and facilities for touring, shopping, ocean viewing, and relaxing. Worked perfectly for 3 adults (one senior) and a 4-year-old. This place is fantastic! We will be back to Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii and you better believe we'll be staying here again! Enjoy your evenings on the Lanai while listening to the crashing waves of the pacific ocean. The condo a 1 min walk across Ali'i drive to Magic White Sands Beach where you can body surf and snorkel with Sea Turtles! This place really is a winner.
