This comfortable shoreline cottage is located right on the east shoreline of Brevort Lake, (4400 acre all-sports lake). Beautiful sunsets await you each evening while roasting marshmallows over your beach barbecue pit. Sip your morning coffee and watch the duck activity from the enclosed sunroom.
The cottage layout consists of 3 Bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with a full bed, 2 full baths, den with sleeper, dining table in sunroom, breakfast bar and full laundry room.
Two nice-size decks, one off the front and one off the back. Row boat included. Close to the DNR boat launch and the Hiawatha National Forest and trail systems.
Shallow sandy bottom, great swimming for kids.
Close to the Lake Michigan Sand Dunes, Lake Huron, Mackinac Island, Mackinaw City, historic Saint Ignace, Tahquamenon Falls, Kewadin Casino (new one just ten minutes away), Agawa Canyon Tours and the Soo Locks, Les Chenaux Island area and many attractions within an hour. Brevort Lake also features several great climbing sand dunes. Many golf courses within one hour.
