Picture yourself in the 7500 square foot pool (two adjoining lagoon swimming pools); volleying a tennis ball on a soft court; getting into shape using top-of-the-line Nautilus equipment; relaxing in the sauna or steam room; lounging under an umbrella on the sand; or watching the dolphins playing from your balcony.
Also, ride your bike to Seaside to eat lunch at the famous "Pickles" and afterwards for ice cream.
Master suite has Queen bed and private bath with jacuzzi, separate shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. Master also has a sitting area with secretary desk with sliding doors to lanai. The second bedroom has private entry into spacious bathroom. Also, this unit has an adorable bunk room off of foyer which is great for kids. Washer/Dryer, side by side refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser, microwave and dishwasher. Corian counter tops in kitchen, 9 foot ceilings with crown molding.

First I want to state that the owner communicated very well and was very courteous and accomodating through both the booking process and during our stay. As for the rental, it had everything we wanted. This was the first time we've ever stayed in a condo, and I was impressed with the size of this 2 BR condo. The cleanliness and decor made us very comfortable. The views of the ocean from the balcony were gorgeous. On the morning of departure, we spotted dolphins from the balcony. The easy access to the beach and to the pool was a huge plus (no walking across the hot asphault road to get to the beach). Seagrove Beach is perfectly located between Destin and Panama City(ltss than 30 min to each town). We rented bikes and rode 3 miles through Seaside to Grayton Beach State Park. We enjoyed the beautiful houses, ocean and lake views, food and shops along the way. This year's vacation is one of the best we've ever taken, and this rental was the biggest reason why.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
