This property is located in a perfect spot to enjoy everything in the Clearwater area. There are many 'big' places to stay but we prefer a place with a kitchen and room to spread out. The house had everything we needed, and more. Beach toys, fully stocked kitchen, several decks for people to enjoy, a garage for two cars, even a small area out back to grill, wash off sandy feet and let the kids explore the gulf side shoreline. The house is not right on the beach, but we liked that. There are even 'baby' gates on each floor to keep really small children contained. We didn't use them, but I've never stayed in a place that had that feature -- I would have loved that when my children were younger. The pier and public beach are very well maintained. We visited Busch Gardens and the Clearwater Marine Museum during our stay as well. I would recommend this rental without reservation.

This was our first visit to Clearwater Beach. Not only was Clearwater Beach one of the best places we've ever visited, but I believe that we stayed at one of the best places in town. This condo has excellent amenities in excellent condition, lots of room, a panaramic view from the large rooftop patio, and a dock right outside the back door. We had so much fun dolphin watching from the balcony! Did I mention the elevator that gives you acces to all levels? From garage to rooftop! The condo is conveniently located, with everything being within walking distance - from bars to restaurants to beaches to shopping to sightseeing - park your car in the garage and forget that you left it there! We will definitely return here, and recommend it to anyone who'd listen. Well done, and thanks for making our vacation special!

Family Reunion

The Bayway Resort Town Home was the perfect location for us to enjoy time with our grandchildren. The children loved the miniature golf that was close by. We all enjoyed walks on the beach along the boardwalk. The town home had everything we needed and more. We had plenty of room to spread out and loved our time enjoying the views on the roofterrace. Thanks again Sherri. We will are excited about planning our next visit.

Great Holiday Trip!

      Great Holiday Trip!     My family and I rented this townhouse over the Thanksgiving holiday.     The weather was fantastic and we spent many evenings enjoying the fabulous view on the rooftop deck. It was a short walk to the beach. We used the wagon to pack up our stuff and 5 minutes later the kids were playing in the sand.  Tons of bars and restaurants are within walking distance.   Our favorite was Frenchy’s.  The grouper is awesome!  We rented bikes right across the street at Shephard’s.  The house was really clean and worked out well for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the pool and the mini-golf across the street.  Can’t wait to come back next year!

We recently stayed at your property with a group of friends and it turned out to be an incredible time! Having breakfast on the balcony and watching the exotic birds along with the occasional boat on the intercoastal got our day off to a great start. We loved having the beach so close to the property along with all the restaurants and shops (hardly used the car all week). We also enjoyed the pool and greatly appreciated all of the chairs and pool/beach items that you keep for your guests. Our most enjoyable evenings were having pizza on your roof top patio (along with a few drinks!). This was such a relaxing and fun place to be that we found ourselves staying on the patio well into the evening. The most memorable experience was watching a dolphin swim back and forth in front of your dock and eventually under it as we shot video. Can't wait to come back!

My family had THE best vacation in this well appointed townhome that did not lack anything you could possibly need. The views were incredible from the balcony (where we had our coffee each morning) but the views were even more spectacular from the rooftop terrace! What an awesome place to hang out as a family and relax. With the beach and delicious restaurants a short walk away, this townhome was close enough to be in the center of the action without feeling like it. The pool was a hit with my kids as was the close proximity to Disney. With only an hour drive to Disney, we had a fun day there as well. While Disney was fun, we couldn't wait to get back to the townhome and the beach! The furnishings were all so posh and comfortable that we felt a little spoiled. The owners were a dream to work with as well. We will definitely be back to enjoy all that this lovely townhome has to offer!

Family Florida vacation

We just spent a week at this townhouse. What an incredible place to stay! My son caught a 15 lb Grouper from the dock. My wife and daughter spent a lot of time in the pool. I was able to keep my brothers boat parked in the slip. We only needed the car twice the whole week because everything was close. Night walks on the new boardwalk are a must.

Girl's Weekend

Our annual girl's weekend is always a special time for the seven of us. It was made even more special by your beautiful condo, amazing view, top of the line amenities, and our special visits with the dolphins right outside of our door. We have been celebrating our friendship with our annual girl's weekend for over 20 years and your condo is now at the top of our list of places to stay! We can't wait to come back next year. Not only is the condo beautiful, but nearly everything we need is within walking distance. This was my first visit to Clearwater Beach and I can honestly say that it was made all the more enjoyable by your accomodations. The condo was first-rate and you can't beat the location. No car needed -- just a short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants and bars. And the view... magnificent. Especially around 4 in the afternoon when the dolphins played in the water right in front of us. Thanks for providing the kayaks. I'll never forget paddling along with the dolphins so close you could almost touch them.

We recently had the most wonderful girl friend vacation at your beautiful home. It was so clean, and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our group to enjoy. The Best of Everything

This townhome has the best of everything. The boat slip / boat dock are right out the back door. The slip is large and easy to get in and out of as well as convenient to the inlet, beaches and restaurants with dock facilities. We parked our car in the private garage and walked or drove the boat to everything we needed. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment were all close by. We appreciate the hospitality as well as your working with our schedule. This beach home has everything from luxury linens, to electronics to beach chairs etc. We enjoyed kayak trips in the morning, trips to the beach in the afternoon and our day always ended with a quiet, relaxing evening on the roof terrace. Our previous condos included a deck, but our new home away from home includes a huge roof terrace with view in all directions. You have spoiled us. Please hold our week for next year. Many Thanks!!!

Great Townhouse -NOT so great location

The rental itself its excellent! Very clean, spacious, everything plus you need to be 'at home.' However, the music everynight from Shepards was very loud. It was more obvious in the Master Bedroom, making sleeping very difficult until 2AM when it was stop. This is very unfortunate for a terrific rental.

Owner response:We have never had a complaint about noise from any of our guests in the past and our family has never heard or been disturbed by any noise in the townhome during our vacations there. However, I take all comments very seriously. After reading this review, I called the Manager of this Hotel to see if anything was going on during the period of time of this complaint. He pointed out that there is a noise ordinance on the beach and that they can't have bands playing past 11pm on the weekend and 10pm on weekdays. Also, if the noise were loud enough to be heard inside the master bedroom on the back of our 2400 square foot townhome (which is across the street from stores that are across the street from the hotel) he certainly would have had compaints from the guests in his hotel or the condo buildings which are adjacent to this hotel. We have many, many repeat renters who have loved their vacation in our home and I have asked them to write reviews, so please check back for other reviews soon. Thanks!

My granddaughters stayed with me. This is our second trip visiting this townhome on Clearwater Beach. No detail has been overlooked. The furnishings and amenities are wonderful. The townhome is centrally located within walking distance of several beach areas, shops and restaurants. It was so nice to have room for my family to spread out and relax. What a great home and a great value!!! (we also appreciate your golf and tennis recommendations!!) We had so much room to spread out. We had four different levels and our own elevator. The master suite with our own seating area and huge bathroom and jacuzzi was a specail treat. We loved the balcony, the terrace and the roof deck! We could have lived on the roof! The neighbors did not have a roof terrace, so this town home was special. Be sure to visit Cesar's Restaurant during your stay (reservations recommended) We saw dolphins and manatee from the dock and the kayaks. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants and shops. The new Beach Boarkwalk is great. After a day of beach activities it was wonderful to relax on the deck or roof. Our vacation pleased our whole group. We had shopping, restaurants, miniature golf ....all within an easy walk and then could relax in the peaceful, quiet townhome each night. Thanks for the perfect vacation!!!! We hope to be back soon!

Our family has rented this townhome several times. It is absolutely beautiful and the location is superb! The view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking! We had planned to do a lot of sightseeing, but couldn't drag ourselves away from this lovely home with all of the amenities anyone could ask for! We drove our car one time to the store while we were there and walked everywhere else. It is convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. We can't wait to return to this little piece of heaven!

My family & I loved our time in this villa. Beautiful rooftop terrace was enjoyed for the views of the water, and my kids LOVED the pool. The villa was beautifully decorated and had any and everything we needed for relaxation. We would highly recommend this to our friends as THE place to stay in Clearwater Beach!!
