great time in Cape Cod!

We had a great time staying at this home in West Falmouth. It was clean and very kid friendly with toys etc. It was so nice to have our own space and yard area. The home is very close to a wonderful bike trail and a quick drive/bike to great beaches. I would highly recommend this home for families wanting to stay together. We stayed there with our toddler and my parents. It worked out great to be all together and we could have had more stay with us as well as we still had 2 bedrooms unused. The house is great for kids with toys, movies, beach toys. Additionally, the owners made it very easy to find the home and check-in/out. They also provided helpful tips for attractions/amenities in the area.

Wonderful vacation experience....

This lovely rental home looks small and quaint from the outside but is spacious and comfortable inside. It easily accommodated our large extended family, and the two gathering rooms off the kitchen were perfect for our needs. The family room became the children's playroom and they loved the selection of toys. The furniture and decor was just right for us; clean, well maintained and elegant enough to seem special, yet practical enough for family comfort. The outdoor shower was a perfect way to end a day at the beach. Biking, finding a different beach each day, farmer's market and used book sale, lobster lobster everywhere, ice cream shop across the street, it just doesn't get much better than this. Owners were very helpful, responding quickly to all our questions. We can't wait to go back next year!

We had a wonderful time at your home in Falmouth. The ice cream store right across the street certainly gave an incentive to hit the conveniently located bike trail. The house was very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. Thanks for a special visit to the Cape.

Linda - thank you for such a wonderful experience! Your home is beautiful, so incredibly well-equipped, and the information you provided in the binder about the house and the area was invaluable! I loved that every room was so cheerful and comfortable. Everything was so clean and in such great condition. There was nothing else we could have possibly needed! The property is wonderfully central to everything. The corner store, just a few doors down, had everything we forgot (including the convenience for a bottle of wine! - fyi for anyone else - they also sell beer and liquor). You made the process of renting the property so easy from start to finish, and it has been an absolute pleasure interacting with you! Should we be fortunate enough to return to this beautiful area of the world, you will be our first call, and we have already been telling people to contact you if they ever visit!
