1.3 acre Ocean Front home on the beautiful Mendocino County Coast. So ..... you can roam the acreage in peace or do whale watching from the living room chair or from the ocean cliff 70 feet away. You will see Sea Birds of all species. We love the flocks of pelicans. Seals and sea lions cruise past while the serenity of the ocean absorbs you. An occasional freighter pierces the outer banks.
Total privacy! No neighbors to the north or south. Want to relax? This property has the best view from our hot tub on the coast. This 950 square foot one bedroom house was remodeled by us for our use and will only be rented on a limited basis. You can lie in bed and watch the waves crash against Sail Rock. More active? The grounds are flat and expansive to allow you to frisbee, hackysack, soccer play or you call the shots.
Time to tidepool? The shore below is yours alone. Sea anemones, starfish, abalone, mollusks and all shorelife are there for viewing. Flotsom and jetsam are there to pick through.
