The aptly named Grand Seascape Suite at Wailea Beach Villas is a three bedroom, two bath plus den bedroom exceptionally luxurious vacation residence with truly grand coastal and ocean views. With more than 2300 square feet of stylish indoor and outdoor living space, this contemporary, well appointed and handsome villa home is conveniently located near The Shops at Wailea.
*NEWSFLASH! Private tent cabanas are available to rent for $500 plus tax per day at the Grand Wailea Resort pool area. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea pools & waterslides for up to four persons per day per cabana. Must be min. 48" tall for waterslides. Reservations are accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis.
Ride your very own dedicated elevator up four stories to a prime elevation set above the family pool and spa, as well as the residents-only gym. At this elevation, guests are privileged to unequaled panoramic views of Wailea Beach, the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea Resorts, and westward towards the sparkling blue Pacific. Facing the ocean, floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience.
Our favorite features are the Studio Becker European import cabinets, nine foot lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, spacious floor plan, granite and hard wood finishes, fine furnishings, luxurious Hotel Collection bath and bed linens, deep ultra-plush pillow-top dream beds, exceptional electronics with premium television channels, and the fully equipped work space.
The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped with two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau Ceran surface electric cook-top, Bosch electronic dishwasher, dual coffee makers with grinder, and Espresso machine. Guests who choose to dine-in will enjoy cooking on the privately equipped Viking gas grill with an additional beverage fridge.
The Wailea Beach Villas were designed as a world-class residential resort with only 98 private residences set on 11 acres nestled between the Shops at Wailea, Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean. This gated vacation paradise with its polite and attentive security personnel, features two swimming pools, one designated for adults and the other for families, two outdoor whirlpool hot tub spas, and a fitness center with locker rooms and showers. Here only a limited number of visitors have the opportunity to restore and renew themselves within a residential community fashioned as a luxury resort. Wailea Beach, an ideal sandy swimming beach, is just steps away, and beach attendants provide towel service poolside.

Thank you for opening your beautiful home up to us! We have stayed in many high-end hotels here in Hawaii and around the world and this condo far exceeded our expectations! We were so comfortable here...the beds and linens are amazing! We took about 1,000 pictures off of the lanai. We could not get enough of the expansive ocean views! We cooked many memorable meals in the kitchen (well-appointed!). Watching the whales spout from the lanai is not a vision we will ever forget, Fantastic! We are sad to go home and will be back! Mahalo!
