Cozy cottage with enchanting garden, bright sun splashed home, lots of colors, lazy porch, and quiet setting. Only two blocks from kids playground, tennis and basketball courts, six restaurants, and a convenience store. The house has a lovely front yard and garden with birds galore.
Only three short blocks to the beach, but not caught up in the heavy beach traffic. WIFI, ping pong, beach bikes and plenty of books included. This is a "big" small house...1750 square feet...lots of great little rooms.
This home is rented on a monthly basis...only. Please check calendar for availability before emailing. Cleaning fee is $150 paid in advance. Linen fee is $150...if you choose to have us provide.
