This spacious 3500+ square foot 4 bedroom 3 full bath home features an open floor plan with extra large windows overlooking beautiful Lake Keowee. Gentle sloping lot to the water. The main level has 1 bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom with walk-in shower, large laundry room, large sitting area (with Flat screen TV, DVD player, and radio), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and covered deck area with a grill and fire pit. The upstairs has the master bedroom (queen bed) which has a loft window overlooking the lower sitting area. Also the bathroom on this floor has a large jetted tub for your enjoyment. This level also has its own sitting area overlooking beautiful Lake Keowee. The lower level has 2 split bedrooms (with queen beds) and 1 bathroom. This level also has its own sitting area, perfect for kids or teenagers. There is also a large dock with a 21.5 foot Ocean Bayliner (with cabin) for rent if you desire.
Lake Keowee is in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains which explains the clear, deep blue waters. Lake activities include swimming, boating, fishing, and the list goes on. Clemson University is only 25 minutes away and the historical town of Seneca is only 10 minutes away if you like to shop, need groceries or just want to catch a movie.
There is a 3 night minimum stay required. Cleaning fee of $150 is also applicable.
