The Schappell Family Fun House is a great family retreat. With four bedrooms and two and a half baths, it can accommodate up to 16 persons. It is approximately 2500 square feet and is on a large lot, within walking distance to the lake, restaurants, night life and so much more.

Relax in the hot tub, barbecue on the spacious deck, or enjoy private moments on the upper private deck. This is a very unique home with good parking. It is located on a quiet residential street and has a fully fenced back yard with a play area for the kids.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and is a large open loft area with a california-king bed, futon, full bath, and private deck. The other three private bedrooms have queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a TV, VCR, and CD Player. There is a large dining room and living room.

The living room has three futons and is an open, spacious area. The TV in the living room area is satellite. There is also internet access and a video library. The large deck has a gas bar-b-que, chairs for lounging, picnic tables, and a great hot tub.

Mid Season: May 5 thru June 17 and Aug. 26 thru Oct. 27 - $1850.00 per
week - $300.00 per night - (3 night min.)
Off Season: Oct. 27 thru May 5 - $1450.00 per week - $245.00 per
night - ( 3 night min)
All reservations require a $500.00 refundable deposit plus one-half
of the rental fee. All rentals subject to a 10% tat tax. All Holiday
rentals are priced at $450.00 per night, 3 night min.
