Old Florida Village is a brand-new, quaint village of about 75 cottages on a quiet, winding lane. The neighborhood is situated on the North side of beautiful Scenic 30-A; The streets are made of pavers with green space throughout the community.
Beach Ray-Treat is a four bedroom, three bath, beach house with lots of space and amenities for you to enjoy. Bike, walk or drive to restaurants, shops, and galleries in Seaside and Watercolor or outdoor concerts at Gulf Place. Or a close drive to the outlet factory mall, a variety of great restaurants, local entertainment, and the amenities of Destin. Goat Feathers Seafood Market is only two minutes away from your front door. Then return back home to walk along the beautiful 'sugar white' beaches without the crowds.
Our house provides a quiet location close to the two community pools. Beach access is just minutes away (about 500 yards to closest access) with full amenities at the beach. Stroll for miles along the beach enjoying the famous emerald water. This is your retreat from the hectic life at home. Many special features have been added to make your stay more enjoyable. Relax in rocking chairs on the porches or enjoy the common area watching TV, movies, listening to music or relaxing. The main living area has tile floors throughout, reading library, TV/DVD, CD player and a leather couch that converts to a queen sleeper.
The dining room table is a large five foot square hand crafted and painted custom made table with benches. Enjoy the whole family gathered around the table after a relaxing day at the beach. The kitchen is fully furnished with many colorful and decorative dishes for brightening up your meals.
Upstairs the large master suite provides a very comfortable oasis with a Queen bed, TV/DVD, phone, clock radio and a full bathroom with shower and separate tub and original art help make this a relaxing get away. As a bonus there's a private balcony with french doors and two rockers for those magnificent coastal sunsets.
