Photo 1 - Lead, South Dakota - Cabin in the Black Hills In the Black Hills of South Dakota, this new log cabin is located four miles west of Lead on a private road leading to a meadow. The cabin sets on 7.8 acres with plenty of room to roam, park snowmobiles and a camper or two. The interior of the cabin is log and sheetrock. Tongue-and-groove knotty pine enhance the cathedral ceilings. The cabin has a loft with two queen beds and a bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with bunkbeds), full bath, laundry room, open kitchen, and living room. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The cabin has a front and back deck equipped with a gas grill. The cabin is also located in a snowmobile trail (#5) and is close to Deer Mountain and Tery Peak Ski Resorts. There is room to roam for nature walks, do some hiking, and watch the many deer that frequent the area.
