This is a great place to stay. All the small details that Annie made sure were there, was great. All the comforts of home and more. We had very little snow but we still ended up having a great time. Thanks Annie for all your help

The Reserve is beautiful, clean, and modern. Can't beat the view and close proximity to slopes, grocery store, and restaurants. Had 14 inches of snow in 2 days. They kept the roads clear and stress free.

We had a great time at the Granddaughter Mountain condo. It was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful in answering all of my questions and also sent us a list of main attractions and restaurants in the area. We would definitely recommend this property, and my family is looking forward to going back next year.

Our family stayed in this beautiful Reserve condo @ Sugar Mountain, NC over Christmas holiday this year and absolutely loved it! Wonderful, convenient location to the slopes and local area. Condo is equipped with all of the comforts of home. Plan to return with our family again!

Owners are very helpful. We have stayed in the Reserve several summers, for a month, two and three. The Perfect Place; meaning condo, activities, and weather are great and very comfortable. Just bring golf clubs, tennis racquet, hiking boots or a book. Resturants and shopping are just down the mountain. This property is perfect for a long or short stay. Photos are exactly as it is. We enjoyed every minute.

Sugar Mtn. is our favorite in summer, now and for 7 years. This condo has everything you need for a long stay, just bring your golf equiptment, tennis stuff and or hiking boots. The view is spectacular. I would recommend it. Anne and Peter were very accomodating. We really enjoyed all of it , especially the humming birds.
