My husband and I traveled with another couple for one week in March/April. Everything about the island is great - and the condo was wonderful. Being a first floor unit, I loved being able to open the slider and walk outside just steps to the beautiful white sand and clear green water. The location on the beach was great between the Ritz and the Westin - I have no complaints. The owner could not have been nicer also. Overall, a great experience. THANKS!!!

My wife and I have stayed at the Villas of the Galleon 5 times now since our honeymmon in 1992. We always have compared the separate units as well as Villas with many other properties in Grand Cayman and our most recent stay at this unit was by far the best! Quiet, 1st floor 2-bdrm unit and a huge plus was the washer/dryer;a first for us and what a great convenience. The Villas is a great location on 7-Mile with Foster's grocery just down the road with their hot-lunch bar and all you need to supply the condo, Big-Daddy's liquor store, Good Eats Cafe,Yoshi Sushi as well as the Sunshine Suites fish tacos all across the street(very affordable and very, very good).We have traveled to many places ij the Carrib and always are drawn back to 7-Mile as it is so easy to relax and enjoy the warm sun, clear waters and friendly people. The biggest decision seems to be ,What are we going to do for dinner?The ease of dealing with this wonderful owner made reservations and key-exchange a breeze. We hope to return and wish we were still there now.

Our Favorite Vacation Spot on Seven Mile Beach!

We have been coming to Grand Cayman for 20 years, so we feel we know the island quite well. We are staying at this unit for the 4th consecutive year. What first attracted us to the unit was how clean and tastefully decorated it appeared. The photographs of its interior were true to the actual accommodations. We have returned yearly, because we appreciate the seclusion this end-unit provides. Yet we can walk out the condo’s door and in 10 seconds be sunning ourselves on 7MB beach or reading under the cool shade of a huge Australian Pine tree…without competing with the neighbors for either. The numerous trees available on the beach are priceless! We have countless beautiful sunset photographs taken from the patio! In addition to the amenities the condo itself provides, we enjoy not incurring the expense of a rental car; we can walk to the grocery store, liquor store, and to the finest restaurants, shopping, and water sports available on Grand Cayman Island. We are thankful that this condo is available for rental! Though we have never met her in person, our experience with the owner has been so positive that we consider her a friend.

This was our third winter vacation in Grand Cayman. We have been to many islands in the Caribbean, but have decided that Grand Cayman is where we want to go from now on and this condo is where we will be staying as long as our dates are available. The condo's location on Seven Mile Beach is perfect: close enough to George Town to get there easily when you wish, but far enough up the beach to be comfortably away from town. The beach and water are right outside the patio door, yet the patio still affords privacy. The swimming is very pleasant with a nice sandy bottom and there is decent snorkeling right out from the beach. We spotted a large variety of fish and even a small stingray and a turtle. There are convenient supermarkets, other shops and restaurants within walking distance. Local buses pass by frequently, with connections to all parts of Grand Cayman, but we prefer to have a rental car. The condo is very clean and everything is maintained in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the BBQ is a nice feature, which, being Canadians, we made very good use of. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We have been going to Grand Cayman for over 35 years and this is our favorite place to stay. The condo has everything you need and more. The location couldn't be better - beach and water are right outside your patio door! Restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance, but we prefer having a car. The owner is always helpful when booking our trip and takes care of any concerns we might have. We call this condo our "home away from home". Can't wait to go back!
