Dining room has table and four chairs, with two barstools at counter overlooking kitchen. Bathroom is all marble and granite with glass shower enclosure, quite dramatic.
Walking distance to shops, restaurants, live music. Close to Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, John Wayne Airport, short drive to Los Angeles International Airport, and San Diego area spots like Sea World.
