Beautiful spacious apartment on the second floor of a 17th century Palazzo carefully restored and newly furnished to an extremely high standard. In the centre of the medieval city of Foligno, all facilities are within walking distance. The entry to the apartment is via a marble staircase. The tariff includes heating, colour TV, linen, and towels. No pets are allowed. There is no lift access, in keeping with the history of the building.

In Foligno, you will experience the joy of living in a true Italian town, with daily produce markets, local delicatessens, good cafes and bars, and interesting restaurants with local Umbrian cuisine. The apartment is just behind the main Piazza della Repubblica, at the end of which is the Palazzo Trinci containing 15th century frescoes. Every evening, the Piazza is abuzz with la passegiata, where people meander and greet each other on their late afternoon walks. The shopping in Foligno is excellent, particularly for shoes and leather goods. Foligno is surrounded by picturesque hilltop towns and villages, such as Montefalco, Spello, Assisi and Spoleto. Perugia is only 25 minutes away. Foligno has many festivals and exhibitions during the year, including the Quintana Jousting Tournament and Procession in September each year.
