We would love to have you as a guest in our open, spacious beach house, located in the East Beach area of St. Simons. This house is 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean with a beautiful and natural path through the dunes and marsh to the ocean. Watch out for the little marsh bunnies that frequently cross your path!
This home is located on a quiet street and has a fenced front and back yard. The house has a huge master bedroom and bath with both a shower and a jacuzzi tub and double vanities. There is a den and large open kitchen which are perfect for entertaining. The three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths in the front of the house are a nice distance from the master (and kitchen/den) which offers a little privacy. There are French doors which open onto a deck off of the master bedroom. There is also a wet bar between the dining room and the kitchen.
The house was completely renovated in 2005 with new appliances, hard woods, carpet, and paint. The front bedrooms are each individually painted with a tropical motif to inspire more fun on your vacation! We love children and there is a big toy box and a double jogger stroller for your use! There are also numerous children's books and VHS for you to enjoy. We will also consider a pet on a month's stay or more, with a pet deposit.
