We have this three-bed villa at Robins Rest. It provides quick and easy access of Disney (10 minutes) and all area attractions. This estate is also very pleasant and whilst it does not have the same stunning views, with its fenced rear yard and absence of open water, some families with younger children may prefer this property. Robins Rest benefits from a local grocery store with fast food takeaway within short walking distance and is a quiet and well maintained estate.

We have been using it as a family ‘home away from home’ for the past year or so, but now that the new over sized heated pool and spa has been added we are making it available for our guests to enjoy. The villa occupies a spacious corner plot with good privacy. It has a large open plan lounge with gallery ceiling and is furnished to a high standard.

The master ensuite has a King-sized bed and a double walk-in shower. In addition, there is a twin and a double, plus a further bathroom, laundry, games room, FREE fast Internet access, ceiling fans and full Air Conditioning throughout.

  • Just a note to say thanks for a pleasant 2 week vacation in January 2007. Robins Rest is an exceptionally clean, well cared for and comfortable home with all the conveniences. When problems developed with the pool / spa heater, and repairs were delayed, we were quickly moved to another of your homes on Pinewood. That place was just as clean and comfortable as Robins Rest. Each home had different furnishings and amenities, but either is an ideal vacation home. I personally preferred Robins Rest, probably because I was so impressed with the house when we first arrived. My security deposit arrived a week after I arrived home so thanks for that prompt return as well. Any prospective renters can e-mail me. I'd be happy to tell them about our vacation.

    Thank you very much for making our stay in Orlando fun. The Robbins Rest home was wonderful and a great price. The kids loved the games and the pool. In fact, they never argued when it was time to leave the park, as they knew there was more fun stuff at home. ,
