Our beautiful, luxuriously appointed, large, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property is perfect for that all important family reunion wedding gathering, and fishing and golfing trips. The property boasts six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two lounges, two dining areas, and two kitchens. Perfect for privacy as and when needed (Just incase the in laws get too much!)
The property has been recently remodelled and is completely ceramically tiled throughout. The property has three king beds, one queen bed, and four twin beds. All bedrooms have the convenience of their own cable TVs. The property offers 3500 square feet of luxurious ground level livingfor our more mature guests.
The brand new sparkling private pool area was completed in 2006 and is the perfect sun trap, with its 6 foot fence for privacy and tropical landscaping you really know you are in paradise. With only steps to the sugar white sand beach, the property is so convenient to pop back and get another chilled beer, make another cocktail, or use your upgraded bathrooms. Enjoy the wonderous colorful sunsets each evening from the beautiful private beach.
The locals call the area 'the golden triangle' as you can walk from our property to the beach ( 60 yards away ), and walk only 5 minutes to the beach cafe, restaurants, the library, the post office, the bank, numerous boutiques and shops, but yet is in a quiet residential area and not the 'touristy' part of the island.
Anna Maria island is a very special island, with its dolphins, manatees, abundance of wildlife, glorious beach, breathtaking sunsets, lush landscape, warm people, it has fabulous restaurants, excellent fishing, fishing piers, and boating and water-sports, the list is really quite endless.
