Our beautiful, luxuriously appointed, spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property is perfect for that all important girls retreat away, family reunion, wedding gathering, fishing and golfing trips. The property boasts six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two lounges, two dining areas, and two kitchens. Perfect for privacy as and when needed (Just incase the in laws get too much!)
With the excellent proximity to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants this property is ideal for all age groups. The property is ceramically tiled throughout. The property has three king beds, one queen bed, and four twin beds. All bedrooms have the convenience of their own cable TVs. The property offers 3500 square feet of luxurious ground level living area for our more mature guests.
The sparkling private pool area is the perfect sun trap, with its 6 foot fence for privacy and tropical landscaping you really know you are in paradise. With only steps to the sugar white sand beach, the property is so convenient to pop back and get another chilled beer, make another cocktail, or use your upgraded bathrooms. Enjoy the wonderous colorful sunsets each evening from the beautiful private beach.
The locals call the area 'the golden triangle' as you can walk from our property to the beach ( 60 yards away ), and walk only 5 minutes to the beach cafe, restaurants, the library, the post office, the bank, numerous boutiques and shops, but yet is in a quiet residential area and not the 'touristy' part of the island.
Anna Maria island is a very special island, with its dolphins, manatees, abundance of wildlife, glorious beach, breathtaking sunsets, lush landscape, warm people, it has fabulous restaurants, excellent fishing, fishing piers, and boating and water-sports, the list is really quite endless.

The best vacation ever. Anna Maria is beautiful and so was the property. Everything and more! The pool and the privacy is perfect, the beach is one of the nicest our family have ever seen. We have already booked again for next year. Really awesome. Thank you to the owners, you made all our family happy, even the girls. See you again next year.
