Enjoy a serene atmosphere to relax. The house is on a half acre, which is set back in the woods for privacy. It is only a three minute walk to the world's most beautiful 10-11 mile white sandy beach and crystal clear blue water. Beach fishing is very popular. It is only a two minute walk to one of Florida's purest and most natural bay where fish and scallops are abundant.
At the bay, you can park your beach chair on a sand bar and enjoy being in the middle of the water. Additionally, it is only one mile from St. Joesph State Park which has several hiking trails. This is old Florida - the Forgotten Coast. However, it is a short drive to historic Apalachicola where there is wonderful shopping and restaurants. Additionally, it is about an hour drive to Panama City Beach.
Fish Camp provides about 2200 square feet of living space with a 2009 RENOVATED KITCHEN including granite countertops. This includes three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The downstairs third bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. Also downstairs is a spacious family room with an eating area and an oversized laundry room.
The living room, dining room, sunroom, and kitchen are open and spacious. A large deck is perfect for meals or just relaxing. There is a crow's nest to view the beach and bay. There is ample space for parking including boat and trailer. The home is clean with a fish camp decor and with wood or tile floors. It is a safe environment for kids to ride bikes, scooters, or stroll. Wireless internet is available too.

our family stayed at fishcamp for a whole week and had a great time!! being between the gulf and the bay was perfect and getting to the state park to launch our boat was so easy and fast. the kids saw all kinds of sea critters in the bay: scallops, crab, a puffer fish, catfish, sting ray, mullet, starfish. and the fishing was awesome. came home with whiting (caught from shore fishing) and spade fish, speckled trout and dolphin fish just outside of the mouth of the bay, and a few shark inside the bay!! the kids loved using the kayak in the bay. home is very cozy and lots of space for even a couple of families to share. i must say i wasn't a fan of the spiral staircase (hard to carry laundry and i even fell down it once--i'm ok) but loved having a separate space downstairs for the kids to hang out and be loud if they wanted while i sit in the sun room and read! we would definately stay there again, and are trying to find the time to go back before summer ends!!

We recently stayed at this great vaction home May 28-June 4. Cape San Blas is a wonderful place to go and spend some quality family time. It's quite not alot of people around and the beach is beautiful. The house was very spacious and clean. Lots of room for everyone to lounge around and just be lazy if you wanted. We will definitly be visiting again in the future!!!!!

My family has stayed ALL over at many beaches. This home and beach top them ALL! The house sits on a VERY private road a short walk to the beach (quiet private beach!!). The views are incredible....bay and ocean all in one. The house has everything you need and very clean. We will be back for sure! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Oh and don't forget this price is a STEAL!
