This Ground Floor unit is the most convenient condo in Panama City! New leather sofa and love seat. New fresh colors! A deck walks out only a few feet, to the only heated pool, at Sunbird, 3 pools total. Also, the beach is a few short steps from the deck. This is a no smoking unit!

The grill's are around the corner, about 15 feet, with picnic tables, tennis courts, shuffle board, racquetball, and jet skis. If you want to eat out, eat at world famous Pineapple Willies, which is next door with a pier so you can listen to the waves while you dine!

This unit offers a Queen size bed and a Queen Sleeper sofa. Ceramic tile is throughout. New flate screen tv. Glass top dinnette with 4 chairs, enjoy the beach while you dine. Beautiful beveled mirrors cover one wall to reflect the beaches and gulf.

Another added bonus for staying at SunBird,is the golf course is only a couple of blocks away, shopping and restraunts are also close. This complex is perfect for a romantic get-away or a family vacation!

  • We stayed in this condo in June and loved it. It was decorated very nice and was extremely clean. The location was great also. We were on the ground floor and just a few steps to the beach which was wonderful!!! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We had a 15 and 3 year old and plenty of room. thanks regina cook

  • This unit really is as stated, the convenient unit, especially the ground floor, couldn't ask for a better location. The pool and grills are right outside your door. We walked to Pineapple Willy's which is right next door for dinner. The room was clean and looks exactly as you see in the pictures. Everything you needed for cooking was available. The decor of the condo was so cute, so beachy. Our family had a wonderful time!

    Panama City Beach, has the most beautiful beaches in the world. SunBird is one of the most convenient condo's on the beach. Located at the front of Thomas Drive. Also located on Thomas Drive is St. Andrews State Park. Looking for some great places to eat, at the end of Thomas is Montego Bay. They have a great lunch menu and great prices. I had the grilled grouper with a large slice of grilled pineapple. The Salt Water Grill, The Bonefish Grill, and Ruth's Chris Steak House. A timeless tradition is Captain Anderson's and of course, Pineapple Willies, right next door, with their famous Jack Daniel Ribs. Gulf World is located on front beach road, movie theatre and loads of shopping. Panama City is also adding 3 new Starbucks, a new shopping mall by Pier Park and a Target. Enjoy your stay with beauitful white beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
