This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, vacation villa will sleep six to eight people. Master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has queen, and third bedroom has trundle bed (may configure as two twins or a king). All bedrooms have TV and DVD player. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and large TV with DVD player. Living room opens into a gorgeous patio room.
Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen and private patio with gas grill. Villa also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All rooms have cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans. Villa is located aside Lake Cumberland, in the gated community, "The Villas at Woodson Bend". Rental includes use of community swimming pool. Private dock is walking distance from Villa. Burnside Marina is located within approximately fifteen minutes by road for boat launch. No pets and no smoking is allowed in the Villa.

This condo was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. We were there during the week and it was very quiet, deer out in the open posing for us to take pictures. There are plenty of activities on the lake or in Somerset and the surrounding area. We had lunch one afternoon at Lees Ford Marina and went hiking at Cumberland Falls. Probably the most fun was playing games in the condo in the evening after a day of tubing and water skiing.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

I just want to say that this condo was pristine in it's cleanliness. The home was just simply beautiful. All I can say is that it was just a treat to stay in this condo and I thank the owners very much. You make a visitor feel right at home.

This Villa made for a perfect stay at Lake Cumberland. It was immaculate! The decor is top notch and professionally decorated. It was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could want in the kitchen and loads of towels. The sheets on the bed's were also very nice. In our experience these are the areas that most rental properties completely miss or cut corners and provide only the minimum. In addition, the owners are extremely focused on assuring a stress free vacation. They were wonderful to deal with. From reservation to check out, no trip to Lake Cumberland has been this easy. We will definitely rent from them again!
