Modern California Style Condo at Santa Monica Beach. Experience California living at its best! Perfectly located only two blocks from the beach, in between the Venice boardwalk and the Santa Monica Pier, right behind Main Street, known for its many restaurants and stores.

Throughout this very sunny and bright penthouse apartment, you have great views of the ocean, the Santa Monica mountains and the city of Santa Monica. The apartment has a living room with a large sectional sofa, high ceilings and a double fire place. On the other side of the fire place is a den, reading and relaxation area with TV, VCR and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace and flat-screen TV, VCR and DVD player. Master bathroom has a large oversize bathtub/Jacuzzi with separate shower. Second bedroom has Queen Size bed with its own full bathroom. A modern, large kitchen with separate breakfast area, has everything you need. A large balcony provides a wonderful place to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

The apartment has satellite TV as well as wireless high-speed internet access and a sound system with speakers in all rooms.

  • I am very slow to enter this comment as we stayed in this lovely condo last Thanksgiving but I had to make sure I told anyone considering it that it is just lovely. It was very very well equiped and the owners were extremely thought - even made sure the newspaper was delivered to our door, left us wine and a fruit and cheese basket to say welcome! Really - I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted a comfortable, convenient and stylish place to stay in the heart of Santa Monica.

  • My friends and I had an AMAZING time staying at your condo. The location was absolutely perfect. Nothing beats being able to walk to the beach and being centrally located to all that LA has to offer. Gorgeous views, comfortable accomodations and tremendous hospitality - not only do I whole heartedly recommend this condo and Mike and Sebastain for others, but I plan on checking back with them for my next visit to LA.

  • Thank you so much for your hospitality and providing us with SUCH a wonderful stay! Your home is beautiful; the pictures really don't do it justice. This is a very spotless home. The complimentary goodies were a very sweet and caring touch. Also, the location is perfect. Quiet enough for the ultimate relaxation spot with wonderful views, but steps from the beach and Main street. I'd give this home an A+++! Thanks again for everything! We will definitely be heading back the first chance we get.

  • Larry and I were so happy to be in the beautiful space of the Santa Monica condo. Not only is the apartment pleasing arcitecturally, but the variation of light and views are were spectacular. We loved the option of a gas fire place for when it was cold and rainy. We did not want to leave. GP
