Throughout this very sunny and bright penthouse apartment, you have great views of the ocean, the Santa Monica mountains and the city of Santa Monica. The apartment has a living room with a large sectional sofa, high ceilings and a double fire place. On the other side of the fire place is a den, reading and relaxation area with TV, VCR and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace and flat-screen TV, VCR and DVD player. Master bathroom has a large oversize bathtub/Jacuzzi with separate shower. Second bedroom has Queen Size bed with its own full bathroom. A modern, large kitchen with separate breakfast area, has everything you need. A large balcony provides a wonderful place to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
The apartment has satellite TV as well as wireless high-speed internet access and a sound system with speakers in all rooms.

As per e-mail sent to owner: Dear Sebastian, Thank you for renting your beautiful condo to us for the weekend. We had a great time and the weather was perfect. We liked that it was so clean and organized. We were running around like crazy seeing relatives and clients most of the weekend. We truly enjoyed the place Sunday when we could walk down for coffee and take a stroll on the beach. The restaurant recommendations were great. We got take-out from the Italian place on Main and it was light and fresh. I have to tell you, we have stayed further South in Santa Monica at some hotels near 3rd street and really prefer your location. It is less touristy, but has lots to do within walking distance. My uncle and his wife came by and were very impressed with the place. They live in West Hollywood and tend to have friends looking to stay near the beach. So I sent them your info.
