This new home, is located on a small private island, on the Barron River, next to the banks of Everglades City.Our waterfront cottage, offers free docking privileges for boating and fishing, in the Ten Thousand Islands area, off the South Florida Coast.
Fish from the dock or your boat and expect to catch grouper, redfish, red snapper, snook, and speckled trout. Enjoy a new clubhouse with a swimming pool & deck,computer room with high speed internet, printer, flat screen tv's and a party bar located a short walk from your cottage.
Our Club Everglades boat captain (concierge) will shuttle you on a 5 minute ride back and forth to Everglades City. Enjoy eating out at several dockside seafood restaurants.
Explore Big Cypress National Preserve and many State parks nearby. You will observe alligators, rare wild orchids, bromileads, mangrove swamps, and giant bald cypress.
We can arrange a boat captain who will shuttle your party back and forth from a secluded island with long sandy beaches. You may camp overnight or just stay for the day. Great shelling on these islands.
We have 1/2 or full day fishing charters available on request. You may bring your own boat, which will be docked within site of your cottage. We encourage children but request no pets.
Local restaurants on the water serve fresh fish and stone crabs at reasonable prices. Historical Rod & Gun Club restaurant is within sight of our island. Five Presidents have enjoyed this 1920's style club. There are other excellent nighttime restaurants nereby for your pleasure.
We have two homes available, one sleeps 6 and the other sleeps 4. You can see your boat and car from both cottages. |
