Location: This 1100 sq ft home at #12 Backwoods Lane is an attractive, nicely furnished home with a cabin ambiance. There are new furnishings in the living and dining areas, as well as a new king bed and bedroom set in the master suite. The upper windows along the ridge of the open beam living area provide an openness to the outdoors and a bright and light feel inside.
The home is ideally located just a two minute walk across Abbott Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities. The Sunriver Lodge area with south swimming pool, tennis courts and other amenities is a short walk or bike ride away. There is an extensive common area of open lodgepole pine forest on two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness.

Living Area: The home is a recently remodeled "Tumalo", a favorite of Sunriver residents and guests. The living and dining area feature exposed beams, a vaulted pine tongue and groove ceiling, and a row of windows near the peak of the roof for sunlight to enter and provide a view up through the tree tops.
This open, living, dining, and kitchen area provides a light and bright atmosphere. The gas fireplace adds warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. There is a cable TV with DVD and VCR, stereo with CD player, and high speed wireless internet access. A double hide-a-bed is located in the living area.
Bedrooms & Baths: The master suite has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and set of bunks, with bath nearby. Both bedrooms have TVs/DVDs.
Deck & Hot Tub: Through the sliding glass door off the dining area is an enlarged deck with upgraded patio furnishings, new hot tub for 5, and gas barbecue, surrounded by open forest.
Parking & Bikes: The home includes a double garage for parking out of the weather, with additional parking on the paved drive. Four adult cruiser bikes and a 2-child bike trailer are provided for guests.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of central Oregon's Recreational Paradise. This popular, world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mt Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.
Pets Allowed, No Smoking: Pets are allowed with $15/night per pet fee.
