Loved the cabin decor and high beams. It was great to wake up and let in all that natural light. Located close enough to all the activities we wanted to enjoy. Rcommend a trip to the High Desert Museum just minutes north off HWY 97. Beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was an added bonus after a long day. The only little complaint was there was a pile of soiled paper towels left on the fire place that had coffee grounds in them that spilled all over the floor(not sure why it was there and not in trash) and the music was blaring upon our arrival. Sadly we did not do our homework upon arrival and didn't know we had access to the garage or that there were even bikes to ride until we were checking out. We so would have taken advantage of them. Next time for sure. So with a few very minor things we had a wonderful stay, and hope to come back again. Another conference in October or maybe just for fun, I wanted to stay longer is was so beautiful during our stay.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful cabin. My family has been visiting Sunriver for over 25 years, and by far, your vacation home is one of the best for location, comfort and interior design. Our two year old daughter continued to call your home the "new house" while sleeping in the "new bed," which was the bottom bunk. We even had "Peter Cottontail" visit us one morning, which was perfect around Easter time.

This house met all our ski weekend vacation needs for a family with two teenagers. The house was clean, roomy, and the kitchen was VERY well stocked (including a crockpot, electric griddle, plenty of dishes, utensils, etc.) The hot tub was very clean. We would have used the garage except we had a rooftop ski box on the car. We will rent here again.

My husband and I and our daughter and her husband were able to stay in this wonderful home before Christmas. It was just perfect for us! We loved the great location and the warm woodsy feel. The fireplace was so nice to turn on and enjoy after our days of skiing and everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the hot tub and bar be cue also! We would love to come back and would definitely recommend this home to others. The owners were great to work with. We had a wonderful time.

This is our first stay in Backwoods 12 in, we think, 14 years. We love this place and all the improvements that have been done. We outgrew it for a number of years. We were glad to be back "home" and see how well it has been cared for. Thank you! We hope to come back again soon.

We've been coming here for years. We love the updates that have been done and king size bed is great. Love to sit back and just relax. Bike rides are great and shopping in Bend and outlet stores and the Old Mill District.

Thanks so much for allowing us to book with you at Backwoods #12 this week. It was perfect! My colleagues..just loved the place and thoroughly enjoyed the sunriver experience. The way the home was appointed and how the spaces were decorated and arranged was very comfortable and inviting - we truly made ourselves at home. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and a great meal in on Thursday night after a tremendous day of skiing. We had a fantastic time and your home was a key ingredient to making this time with my colleagues an absolute home run. Thanks again for having us.

This is a very nice place, in a great location near groceries and shops in Sunriver. Here's what keeps if from GREAT: the fireplace is not central in the layout of the living space, so I didn't use it. The TV has the same problem, with the same result. The kitchen has everything, but a real cook would wish for better pots and pans. The price was very reasonable for Sunriver. I really enjoyed the bike, as the pathways were clear an dry in February while I was there.

We loved every second of our stay in this cozy home. After a day up at Mt. Bachelor, the hot tub was just what we needed. We also enjoyed some great down time watching a movie on the flat screen while sitting next to the gas fireplace. Lastly, we went to the Sunriver Lodge for New Years eve, which was just a short walk away.

Loved the decor; touch of class by adding basic necessities like paper goods and supplies often not provided at VRBO's. The peaceful atmosphere, awesome location, BBQ and hot tub make this a top 5 on our list of famorite places to go. Hope to be back again soon!

We had a great time at 12 Backwoods Lane in Sunriver. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked for everyday cooking. The best were extremely comfy! This home is located close to the mall and is an easy walk or bike ride. The bikes were great and kept in safe working condition. My sister and brother-in-law joined us for part of the visit, and they were equally impressed. Enjoyed the docking station and free internet. This place is the whole package at a very reasonable price. We will stay here again! Because the home offers a pack-n-play and booster chair, we might even have our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter join us at our next visit.

House is very comfortable, beds comfy, great location within Sunriver, quiet area (near Village, but not too noisy with vehicle traffic), the bikes were awesome, hauled our dog around in the trailer (as the bicycling rules instructed) and he loved it. We stayed with friends and it was a great place for all and our dogs. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great location, walking distance to the Village and Lodge. Quiet court. Beautifully decorated. Very clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Flat screen tv's in all rooms and ipod/mp3 player in great room.

Stayed the week of Sept 8th; loved the house, very clean and comfortable, super location. Completely as advertised, everything you could possibly want including excellent WiFi and deer that you are told not to feed, but as we found out - they eat right out of your hands (not that we fed them, ha ha). What a wonderful pet-friendly vacation home. Our stay was awesome, the house was just a perfect fit for our family of four and two dogs. The porta crib, bike trailor and nice bikes were great bonus features for us. The hot tub was very clean as well. This is a CLEAN pet friendly home, I have allergies to most other dogs and did not have one problem. Thank you and we look forward to staying at #12 Backwoods again!
