Located on tidal Allen Cove about 25 feet from the water at high tide. This cozy 850-square-foot cottage sits well off the road with 158 feet of water frontage with no development to the right side to Harriman Point - about a 20 to 30 minute walk thru the woods or along the shoreline.
Child-friendly beach from mid-incoming tide to mid-outgoing tide. Swimmable during four to five-hour period each tide within the cove. Warmer water than most oceanfront properties. Walk about 10 minutes along the shoreline to swim or boat at all times. Great sunsets and great place to kayak.
Eat in well-equipped kitchen or large enclosed 10-by-21-foot porch. The propane wall heater will relieve the morning chill. Maximum comfortable sleeping for four.
