Our Home in Islamorada - Islamorada, Florida Vacation Rental Clean Neat home on deep canal off Florida Bay at Tavernier Creek on Plantation Key in Islamorada, Milemarker 90. Plantation Key Colony. Large Screened Porch. Three bedrooms with Queen-size beds for six adults. Kids, others can sleep on two sofas. Large closets in each bedroom. Master Bedroom has private bath with shower, double closet and walk-in closet. Hall bath features tub and shower. Spacious Kitchen features gas stove, oven. Maytag dishwasher, Amana refrigerator, disposal, etc.. Large Living Room. Dining area with table. Central Air Conditioning and Heat(believe it or not). Washer, Dryer (gas). Solar-assisted water heater for plenty of hot water. Tile with carpet in bedrooms. Fish or watch for the Manatees from your 60 foot concrete dock. Fish cleaning table. Very easy access to Ocean through Tavernier Creek, Fuel Dock in next canal. Bait and supplies available for the Fisherman at Tavernier Creek Marina just before the Ocean. Launch your boat and watch the Beautiful Sunsets over Florida Bay from our private Homeowners Park at end of street or do what the locals do and make the five-minute run out to the Bay to watch the Sunset. Colors are indescribable. Quiet neighborhood is close to Great Restaurants (list provided) Grocery Stores, video rental, movie theater, shopping close by. Founders Park with swimming pool, skate park, ball diamond, bike paths, etc. three(3) miles South (easy bike ride for kids and adults). Many quaint shops, Tropical nurseries, etc. nearby. Cleaning Fee of $100 - Deducted from Security Deposit
Security Deposit $500 - Must be paid to reserve home.
Full Rental Fee due two(2) wks prior to check-in.
Check-In Sat. after 3PM. Check-Out by 10AM following Saturday.
