Exclusive beachfront villa with private pool, modern luxury villa, built and equipped to the highest standards. Aeriko villa occupy a superb sea front position, on Agios Ioannis beach, which is a blue flag award.

This villa has been individually furnished to provide it's own character. The open plan living room and kitchen, opens unto a garden and patio with private pool and Jacuzzi. There is a big pergola, for shade by the pool with sunbeds, chairs and a dining table. The luxury furnished living room contains satellite TV, DVD, CD and radio.

The fully equipped kitchen also contains a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. An extra folding bed, for a fifth person, can be added to the living room, if required. All bedrooms are a generous size, have a balcony and offer a spectacular view to the open sea. There are two bathrooms, one is upstairs and the other one is downstairs.

Oak floors all over the house and marble tiled bathrooms, add a touch of luxury. The house is air conditioned and heated throughout. Today's comforts are combined with discreet luxury. Facing to the North West, they receive a refreshing sea breeze from the Ionian. Several windmills were built along the breeze and some have now been renovated and put to use as bars and restaurants.

The breeze is captured now by a new generation of windsurfers and kite surfers and is becoming one of the most popular location in the Ionian Islands for these sports. Nearby, Lefkas Town is a wonderful place to wander.

Cross the bridge from Lefkas town and you are in the mainland, within an easy drive to the Preveza Airport, the ferry port of Igoumenitsa, the ruined Roman city of Nikopolis and the modern cities of Ioannina and Athens.

The Airport is 15 kilometers away, the Bus station is 10 meters away, the Beach is 10 meters away, the Sea is 10 meters away, the Harbor is 1.5 kilometers away, the Mini market is 300 meters away, the Restaurant is 100 meters away, and the Town is 1.5 kilometers away.

The property can be reached by air and by car. Some of the nearest airports and roadways includes Aktion Preveza, which is about a 10 minute drive from Lefkas town. There are scheduled flights to Aktion from Athens, Thesaloniki and Krete. Also, there are daily flights directly from England, Germany, Sweden, Holland etc. Lefkada is an island linked with the mainland by a narrow channel. From Athens to Lefkada is approximately 390 kilometers, about 4 hours drive, whilst Thesaloniki to Lefkada is approximately 420 kilometers, and about 5 hours drive.
