Located near Discovery Bay California, the home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths sits on six acres and includes a 50 foot boat dock (which could fit a Yacht and/or several Ski Boats), as well as a sports field (...baseball, volleyball, soccer, kite flying, frisbee, etc).

The home, located on Kellog Slough, is literally one minute by boat to Discovery Bay and two minutes to Orwood Resort. Water Ski or Wakeboard right off the boat dock, or cruise around the 1000 miles of Waterways and explore the different coves, beaches, or even restaurants that are spread throughout this beautiful area called the California Delta.
