The living room provides a grand riverstone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, 32 inch TV/DVD, and suede and leather seating. The large top floor deck includes a private barbecue and magnificent views of the Steamboat Ski Mountain and Yampa Valley.
This specious floorplan includes two master bedrooms! The downstairs master bedroom enjoys a private balcony with stunning views of Yampa Valley, a king-size bed, private bathroom with double sinks, walk-in closet, and television. The upstairs master bedroom includes a king size bed, private bathroom, television and gorgeous views of Yampa Valley.
The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen size bed, adjoining bathroom, and walk-in closet. The huge loft offers two queen-size beds. All three full baths feature granite slab countertops.

We had visited all the Colorado Ski Resort towns, but once we vacationed in Steamboat, we never wanted to go anywhere else! Steamboat has such a warm and welcoming small old western town feeling, with the added attraction of a world class ski mountain.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location of our condo allows us to enjoy all the best of Steamboat from the most convenient vantage point. We park our car upon arrival then bike, walk and ride the free shuttle for the rest of our stay.

Less walking from our condo to the Free Shuttle Stop then to Park your car at the Pay-to-Park Lot and walk to the Lift.
The Ski Lift is 1 mile for our condo. The free shuttle will get you there in less than 10 minutes.

We stayed at this condo right after Christmas and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and is in a great location. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and loved sitting by the fire in the evening. You can catch the free local shuttle from the entrance to the complex which was very convenient for us when heading out to ski. Its also extremely close to grocery shopping and is right across the street from the iconic barn (which we, of course, took pictures in front of).
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Spent a weekend here with my wife and two young sons during July to escape the heat a bit. Condo is situated close to shopping (walking distance to the Ore House steakhouse), and walking distance from the Yampa for some great, peaceful early morning fly-fishing. It is also right across the street from the More Barn, probably one of the most popular photographed places in town (barn featured in the infamous Steamboat ski poster). Condo was VERY comfortable and had all of the amenities one could ask for. Great upstairs with loft area that the kids loved! Would stay again in a heartbeat.
