Enjoy this brand new, twentieth floor, two bedroom condominium that is fully-equipped for your enjoyment. Over 1000 square feet of comfortable living space.Master has a King Bed, 2nd BR has 2 Full Beds and there is a pullout Queen Sofa in the Living Room. 42"Flat Screen HD TV in Living Room and 32" Flat Screen HD TV in Master BR.
There is also a smaller TV in the 2nd BR.Assigned parking underneath building only 3 parking spaces from the elevator.Balconies are oversized. The view from this unit is second to none and the beach is only a few steps from the building. It does not get any closer than this.
The swimming pool and the hot tub are only a couple of feet from the beach which makes it really convenient moving back and forth from the beach. There are four really fast elevators that keep you from waiting long for a ride. This complex is toward the west end of Panama City Beach away from all of the "cruising" on the strip, yet close enough to be at all of the main attractions in just a few minutes.We provide beach chair service while you are there. This includes 2 chairs and an umbrella valued at $175 per week.
