Wow!!! My wife and I just returned from 3 days at this little slice of heave that truly is a "getaway on the lake". The home is clean, warm and comfy and has every accommodation you can think of...AND it's in a perfect location RIGHT on the water. We've already booked our return vacation for next summer and are getting ready to secure a winter/ski vacation as well...it's less than 10 miles from Northstar and Diamond Peak.

This place is fabulous and our family had a great time! In the past we've also stayed at cabins away from the lake and BY FAR prefer this spacious condo DIRECTLY on the lake. The views are amazingly and we great to just sit on the deck relax and enjoy the lake. The kids loved fishing from the pier and we were able to keep an eye on them from the deck while they swam in the lake! This place will be our families new Tahoe tradition! Thanks Nancy!

Incredible location, right on the water. Incredible views of lake and surrounding mountains. On California side but very close to Nevada amenities. Decent restrauants nearby. Northstar and other ski areas a short drive away. We stayed here in July 2010 and had a great time. The kids caught crawdads and minnows off the pier. I fished - but not a bite! Just being out on the water, watching the evening sky change color was good anyway - what a great way to escape the busy business world and return to a more "human" existence. Too bad we only had a week there though. I would highly recommend this place. This unit has the best location.

Our family has made this vacation home, a part of our annual family traditions. It is beautifully decorated, close to restaurants, shopping, skiing, activities and has a million dollar view! The best part is waking up every morning to the sounds & views of gorgeous Lake Tahoe. We can't wait to go back!

We rented this Townhome for a family gathering. We had the best of both worlds, snow & sun! With the grocery store, Dave's ski rentals, ski resorts and casinos in close proximity, this town-home's location made it convenient for a short drive to everything. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated and offered all the amenities that a vacationer could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen ware to cook any meal and service a large gathering. The comfortable beds, the candles & fireplace added to the ambiance, and the best part of all, the magnificent view...breathtaking. You can admire and relax to the beautiful view from the the top floor, deck or the two main rooms downstairs with decks. I will recommended this place to anyone with a large family or a large group. Thank you Nancy, you made our stay possible and from ages ranging 81 to 11, we all had a fabulous time. Recommendations: Restaurants: All you can eat @ Sushi Pier and on the way home we ate at Smokey's Kitchen @ Donner...both Excellent! Sledding: Granlibakken-they have sleds Ski-Diamond Peak -look for specials on line

We've stayed here several times and always find it to be an exceptional experience. The property is literally on the lake and is wonderful during every season. The deck sits over the lake and the view is spectacular. The property is very clean and newly furnished. You won't find a better value or a nicer property in Tahoe.

Loved the view from the Great Room and the back deck. It has floor to ceiling windows that look out onto Lake Tahoe. Kids loved the private Pier and fishing for crawfish every morning. The king bedrooms were a huge plus for us and had plenty of room for luggage. All the bathrooms are beautifully remodeled and decorated. Only 15 minutes to Northstar and 5 mins from Incline. Can't wait to rent again this year.

Wonderful place to stay year round. Rooms are spacious, views are awesome. Lots of little extras that make the place very comfortable. We had a big snowstorm that dumped at least two feet on us, but the place stayed warm and toasty! Everything was plowed and shoveled the next morning, making it easy to get in/out. Property manager was very helpful and accommodating. WiFi was a definite plus. Great views of the lake from two bedrooms (including master) and the family room. I'm hoping we can come back in the late spring/early summer too.
