A beautifully restored, grand house, in magnificent grounds, overlooking the bay of St Tropez, which was owned and lived in by, Paul Geraldi, a famous poet of the region before his death in the last century. The villa is convereted into 5 beautiful apartments.

The property is a pleasant, 20 minute easy walk, or 5 to 10 minute drive into the center of Ste Maxime, which makes it far enough away to always enjoy peace and tranquillity. Ste Maxime is 15 kilometers from St Tropez. There are frequent ferries leaving Ste Maxime for St Tropez. St Maxime is one of the most beautiful, and sought after small towns in the Cote d'Azur with all amenities one would require on a holiday.

The apartment sleeps four comfortably, with one queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and the use of a travel cot, if necessary. There are two en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is open plan. All furnishing and fittings are of a high quality and good taste. Since its our second home, this is not a typical rental property. Most comforts are provided, with help on hand, if needs be. A balcony, over looking the sea runs the whole length of the apartment, with veiws and access from the master bedroom, sitting room and kitchen area. There is a dinning area here as well.

We have secure and safe off street parking in the grounds of the villa. The shared pool, which is alarmed for safty, is situated in the beautiful, extensive gardens *There are no hidden charges. Your rental cost covers all that we offer beforehand.

  • This place is paradise! We have stayed in this georgeous appartment for the last 6 years and never tire of the fabulous views from the balcony across the bay to St Tropez. Very comfortable and spacious interior and St Maxime has such a lot to offer. Plenty of good restaurants and entertainment and great beaches suitable for all ages for when you tire of the lovely pool.We can,t wait for next years holiday.

  • I stayed at Moi et Toi with my daughter from the 18th to 25th July 2009. We just couldn't get enough of the view from the terrace out to the sea... it was simply intoxicating! We had plenty of space inside and out, the pool was very relaxing. We drove there from the UK so we had our own car, however, we walked into town at least once a day along the coastline. We had visited St Maxime back in 2007 so already knew the area, it is such an amazing place with so many interesting shops, restaurants, markets, cafes and bars... we didn't want to go anywhere else! Thankyou Paula for such a wonderful experience to stay in your home... I am sure we will come back again!xx

  • The apartment was even better than we had imagined - beautifully appointed, well equipped with the necessary conveniences to make things easy, and a view to luxuriate in. We loved our "downtime" in Ste Maxime - and spent most of it at the pool,or on the terrace just appreciating the breathtaking view. Our teenage children enjoyed the collection of English movies to watch. It was a little bit of paradise and we would love to visit again.

  • The pictures do not do this apartment justice. Fabulous elevated location, amenity close by. Extremely comfortable, well maintained and owner and agent very accommodating and helpful. Good sized pool aresa. This is the best accommodation I have stayed in over the pass eight years holidaying in the Cote d'Azur. We will be back! Owen O'Neill, Ireland

  • We have enjoying this apartment very much in the two weeks we stayed at the Cote d’Azur around end of May. The balcony on the second floor of the building gives a fabulous view over the Golf of Saint Tropez. The apartment itself is everything the owner describes and more. We had the swimming pool completely to ourselves and the situation in this park like surrounding was very quiet and secluded. We likes it very much and will certainly come back next year. Thanks…

  • This is our second visit to the flat and it was as wonderful as the first. We will definitely be back. We watched the full moon rise over the Mediterrean from the balcony of the flat with a glass of wine, watched the sun come up from the balcony while enjoying the local pastries and hated to leave when our week was up. Can't wait for next year!

  • The aprtment in St. Maxime was a dream! It was absolutely amazing and the views will knock you out. We loved the beautiful old building that houses the 4 apartments. The decor was lovely. We look forward to returning to this fabulous oasis where you will forget all of your troubles, while you sit on the balcony enjoying your bottle of red wine, cheese and bread from the local bakery and bask in those those incredible views.

  • The apartment is beautiful and all it is promised. The owner is a delight to work with. The view is incredible-day and night. We loved every minute of our stay. It was a most wonderful vacation, very relaxing. Our only wish is for internet connection. My husband has to keep in touch with his company & the 7 hour time difference & the hours of the internet cafe made this very difficult.

  • This apartment is nothing short of spectacular. To begin with, the owner and her assistant in Saint Maxime were incredibly helpful as we made our arrangements to book the apartment and with our arrival. As others on this guestbook have said, the apartment is even more beautiful than captured in the pictures. The apartment is clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The views from the apartment terraces are breathtaking. And the city of Saint Maxime and the surrounding area offers no shortage of activities that will keep the whole family happy. We spent 10 days in the apartment, and it was not enough. We can't wait to return.
