Cross over the quaint swing bridge spanning the intercoastal waterway and step back in time. Sunset Beach, North Carolina is a slice of heaven. Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life to bathe in the tranquil waters on some of the widest beaches in coastal North Carolina. Stroll to Bird Island, a protected sanctuary to view the wonders of nature. Fish from the pier or launch your boat, the fishing is fantastic. Family's will enjoy a quick four minute stroll to warm waters and tranquil beaches
Our house is located on the fifth row close to the beach, the old country store(where ice cream and rental bikes abound). Enjoy a relaxing sunset from our roof top deck or enjoy the comfort of a rocking chair on our screened in porch.
Each guest will need to supply their own linens and paper products. Cleaning supplies are available, and each guest is required to clean the house after their stay. Maid service is available for an additional fee. We supply comforters, pillows and blankets. Our house is NO SMOKING and pets are not allowed. The house rents from Saturday to Saturday. Check in and out time is 12 Noon.Reservations can only be secured via personal check. A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure the reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due NLT 14 days prior to the rental start date. Cancellation will mean forfeiture of your deposit.
