This architectural gem, located in the historical Printers Row area in the South Loop, is perfect for taking in all of Chicago's culture and beauty. Located on The Chicago River, its unique design, creating a street like feel within the building makes you feel you are on a street in Europe. A glass block roof allows natural light to come in, giving the building an atrium effect. The offset rooftops create architecturally pleasing lines, with different amenities unique to each.

There is a one acre park a top one roof complete with grass, trees, and a walking path. Another roof provides sunbathing, lawn chairs, and barbeque grills. There a spectacular views from both of Chicago's skyline,Lake Michigan, and The Chicago River.The proximity to Chicago's great culture makes exploring easily accessible by foot, or by Chicago's public transportation system. You are within walking distance to Millennium and Grant Parks (host to all of Chicago's festivals) and approximately one mile from Museum Campus, home of The Field Museum, The Shedd Aquarium, The Adler Planetarium, Soldiers Field, and the beach. Chicago's beautiful Magnificent Mile is within a mile. Chicago's convention center, The McCormick Place is within two miles from the building. Chicago's beautiful Navy Pier is within two miles on beautiful Lake Michigan.You are within four blocks to a main public transportation Hub,in which you can take Chicago's famous "EL" in any direction within the city.

The Condo itself has been totally updated with, new hardwood floors, Maple cabinets, new stainless appliances, new ceramic bath, and all new furnishings. There is a queen-size Murphy Bed which uses a regular mattress and a queen sofa sleeper. All utensils, linens, and toiletries are provided, with nothing to bring but your personal belongings. There is a balcony providing views of The Chicago River and Condo Marina. There is a grocery store, laundry facilities, Bally's Health Club, Dry cleaners, all within the building itself. There is also a free shuttle which runs throughout the day to and from, along a route downtown.

The immediate area provides restaurants,theatres,grocery stores,department stores for any of your personal needs.

  • My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend in September 2006. We loved the location and we thought Bill was wonderful. Everything was modern and clean. We also had the pleasure of meeting Muhammad Ali who was visiting a friend in the building. We would definitely stay here again !

  • What a dollhouse of a studio! Clean as a whistle with a nice view. Everything was ready to move in. The furniture was comfortable; the appliances new. I only have 2 complaints - 1st, that I did not get to spend enough time enjoying the condo (too busy shopping) and 2nd, I missed having a full-length mirror (that one drove me crazy). I hope to be able to stay again. Thanks for the great weekend, Bill.
