On a quiet street only a short walk from Venice’s beautiful beaches and its quaint, Old-Florida style Main Street, our newly refurnished Venice Island home, situated in a lush tropical landscape, will provide a comfortable, relaxing base for your Florida vacation. Enjoy morning coffee in our courtyard or relax beside our screened and electrically heated pool. Bike along Venice's waterfront on our two adult bicycles that are included at no extra charge.
Later on, explore Venice’s many lovely, uncrowded beaches, shops and gourmet restaurants - it’s all nearby! For more ambitious adventures, Sarasota and the Tampa Bay area offer world-class museums, restaurants and theme parks. Disney World is a two hour drive.
Our home offers three bedrooms (King, Queen, and Twin), two full baths, a Great Room with 27-inch TV (free cable included) and a DVD player, a poolside Florida Room and a den/study. Bring your laptop and keep in touch with our free wireless internet access.
The home is fully equipped with high-end kitchen utensils and linens. We have beach towels, chairs and toys for the kids. Our Welcome Center offers maps, restaurant menus, local guides and games for the kids on the occasional rainy day.
We rent only by the calendar month during the winter season (November-April) and half-month (first or last) at other times. Our guests seek a quiet and peaceful vacation amidst comfortable, well-appointed and clean surroundings. Non-smokers only, please. Additional pictures available. |
