This property is the perfect waterfront location for your next family getaway and/or reunion. There are five acres with many large trees that provide a great deal of privacy. A huge parking area allows for cars, boats, and other gear. The house faces west and allows for beautiful waterfront sunsets. There is a main house and a guest house, that are 5,000 square ft. total, which is perfect for large families to have plenty of room. The main house has 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The guest has 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. Both homes have their own kitchens.
The property has a new pool with a fence, and a new dock. The hot-tub room faces the water and is the perfect place to have drinks in the evening, and watch the sun set. The crabbing is fantastic, and we provide you with two large crab traps, and nets. You can fish from the dock. There are also steamers in the house for your crab feasts. There is a boat ramp on the property for smaller boats, and there is a public launch a mile away. There are also many things to do in the area such as boating, fishing, crabbing, shopping, spas, golf courses, and eating at the best seafood restaraunts in Maryland.
