This vacation rental house is a cozy two bedroom beach house in Nosara, about 1,000 square feet, built in 2003. Clean, new, bright home away from home. Maximum occupancy 6 persons. Discount for long term monthly rentals.
You will find a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils and small appliances, bath and beach towels, extra sheets and pillows, and other small touches for a perfect vacation.
The house is located in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood, near the north end of Pelada Beach. Set back about 400 meters from the beach, or 200 meters from the protected Maritime Zone. Access to the house is by dirt and gravel road. Walking distance to groceries, liquor store, and restaurants. It is a lovely location.
You can hear howler monkeys in the trees at dusk and most mornings, and it is just a short walk to stunning Playa Pelada beach. La Luna and a wide selection of other excellent restaurants are very close, as is the gorgeous Lagarta Lodge.
Surfing is excellent at multiple beaches and there are plenty of surf shops. There are beautiful tide pools nearby. In addition you can find many nature tours, kayak tours, and horseback riding. There is also a yoga institute, and a gym with various workout classes. You will find this to be a relaxing and beautiful area.
