My wife and i stayed here twice on the same trip. It's a beautiful, well-furnished, comfortable apartment. On the first floor in the back of a courtyard, it's insulated from the street. We felt like it was our haven in Paris. The apartment is centrally located n the Marais and near the Seine. Wonderful cafes and bakeries right down the street. My highest recommendation!

My husband and I spent 3 days nights in this beautiful apartment in the Marais. We were really delighted with the apartment. Jose has excellent tast, and his attention to every possible detail is amazing. Aside from being beautiful to look at, the apartment is very comfortable, and has everything one could possibly want. From the moment I inquired Jose was very on top of every detail, and made this a lovely experience. Also, the location is perfect! We would love to come back. Many thanks!

This was the best accomodation (hotels, B&Bs, rentals, etc.) experience ever in all my years of travel. The apartment was elegant, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. After hours of being out and about in Paris, it was a peaceful haven to come home to. The owner and on-site rep were very helpful, responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the best restaurants and shopping in the Marais and we also felt completely safe. I would definitely recommend this apartment in particular to friends and family visiting Paris.

This apartment is wonderfully located right between two popular and easy to reach Metro stops! There is a true neighborhood feeling to the area. You can walk right out the front door to a lots of great cafes and pastry, butcher and bread shops. Even great wine stores are close by. The apartment building was being renovated while we were there so the courtyard was not usable. Some outside tables and chairs on the courtyard would be nice. The bed was comfy. All amenities were included. Plenty of storage. Living room window was close to street...ground floor...so it was a little noisy when cars and scooters went by but not too annoying unless you want to sleep really late. Overall this a nice apartment and a good choice. We would recommend it to our friends. Jose and staff were very gracious to meet us for early check in since no one had been there the night before. Cleaning staff had done a GREAT job!!!

We rented this property to vacation with our grand daughter, a young teen ager. It was just perfect for our family! It was clean, beautifully furnished and equipped, and well located. The nearby restaurants were terrific and the metro was close by. Our grand daughter went out each morning to the nearby boulangerie and got breakfast for all of us... in French! We were beyond delighted with our stay.

Although it is 3 years since our stay in the Rue Tempe we have very fond memories. The accommodation had a real Parisian feel, located in one of Marais's Magic apartment blocks with a central garden and magnificent massive entry doors. My recall of the apartments features is not strong now, except that it was very comfortable and we loved the cd library. On returning to Australia we went and bought Tortilla Soup, and play it frequently, bringing back great memories of our stay. If you want to experience the Marais, stay here.

My husband and I rented this one-bedroom condo in the fall of 2008. We absolutely loved it. The condo is located in the safe "old-Paris" neighbourhood of Marais. Walking towards the river from the condo, you pass countless eating options, cafes, a bakery, and plenty of boutique shopping. After a fifteen-minute walk, you reach the Seine River and then the Notre Dame Cathedral. You can actually walk in any direction from this condo and have a wonderful day, just exploring ... even without a "plan". The condo is pristine and very roomy with alot of character such as hardwood, high ceilings and big windows. It's perfectly quiet. The bathroom was on the smaller side and off the bedroom (would have preferred it off the living room) but it was very adequate. The bed was perfectly comfortable with lovely linens. The library included guidebooks for Paris, which made for good reading. And we loved coming "home", after a tiring, hectic day of touring Paris, to relax in the quiet and comfort of this condo. The service from the owner and the on-site staff was excellent. The owner was very good about responding to emails. We can't say enough good things about this condo and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a safe, clean, comfortable and roomy condo in the centre of "old Paris". Five stars plus!!!!!!

My husband and I have stayed twice in this elegant Rue Vieille du Temple apartment and we have recommended it to our friends. The location is perfect for Marais and inner city exploration. The lovely lane-like street intersects with Rue des Rosiers and other vibrant little streets providing plenty to do. Shops, cafes and galleries are at your doorstep and the St Paul metro just 5 minutes walk. The apartment itself is quiet, clean, well appointed and well maintained and the surroundings charming. Jose has always looked after us, providing all necessary information and advice. We look forward to our return.
