Oceanview was professionally decorated and is in beautiful condition.
This spacious 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath home has 2 large Master Bedroom suites, 2 large guest rooms, a hugh greatroom, a fully outfitted kitchen with a large family table, central Air conditioning, full generator backup system, which is very important on an island, 5 televisions with cable and surround sound entertainment center. Oceanview supplies complimentary High Speed Internet to its guests! New for 2006, Heated Pool, sun deck and your own custom beach bar! Amenities galore!
The outside of this Hopetown home, boasts wrap around decks, which on the oceanfront side are cozy and invite you to enjoy the sunrise each and every morning. The decks on West side of the house are large enough for the largest of crowds. We have spent many sunsets on this deck, enjoying the tropical setting and serenity. The grounds are lovingly maintained every week by our grounds keeper and are lush. Oceanview is truly tropical and very private, you will know you are in the Bahamas!
The Hopetown settlement, with its picturesque lighthouse, is just a short walk away or you can rent a golf cart and get there in just a few minutes. Groceries are a three minute walk away and all other shopping is close by as well. Restaurants such as the Abaco Inn, Hopetown Harbor Lodge and Restaurant, Harbours Edge and Captain Jacks are all close by for your dining needs.
For those that want to go boating in the Bahamas and jump off Hopetown to see some of the other sister islands, boat rentals are readily available either on the island itself or five minutes from the airport in Marsh Harbor. Getting to this area of the Bahamas is really quite easy and through our management company in the bahamas, you will be assisted every step of the way.

(exception to offseason rate Thanksgiving, Christmas and New years weeks)
plus $195 for each add's person above 8. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
Additional Bahamian Rental Tax will have to be assessed.
50% of Rental Fee is due upon booking and balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Refunds for cancellations 150 days or more before arrival, later cancellations
gains full refund less 10% if we are able to re-rent rental period.
